Gigahurtz aka Robert Chhuth is a fast-rising music producer, DJ and song writer who grew up in Portland Oregon. He started his music career as a DJ in the Portland area and later became a music producer with a top ITunes charting #1 song “Mine” by Cambodian artist Nikki Nikki. Outside of music Gigahurtz owns his own record label and has a marketing lifestyle brand Hot Girl Nights which features a line of CBD edibles currently being sold online and in stores.

Which producers have influenced your work the most?

A. Kanye West, Pharrell, Malik Yusef, and Timbaland

You also have been collaborating with 7-time Grammy winning writer Malik Yusef (Kanye West, Beyonce, Rihanna, etc), what do you guys have in the works?

A. We have 2 songs in the works currently. 1 record we did from scratch and another is a record I had in the works. Both projects I’m very excited about.

What drives your work ethic the most?

A. I wake up everyday knowing I have the opportunity and task to inspire the youth. This goes especially for the youth of Cambodia who I feel need inspiration from someone like myself. I want to be their role model and help them achieve what may seem impossible to them.

Who have been some of your favorite artists to collaborate of work with?

A. My favorite include, CallUpDayy, 24hrs and K-Major. Super talented individuals who have allowed me to create a sound with them.

Whats been your favorite moment as a DJ?

A. My favorite moment would have to be playing in Cambodia. It was an amazing crowd and I was able to play one of my most eclectic sets ever.

Where do you see your career in 5 years?

A. I see myself making a global impact with my music. I want to be creating with the biggest names in the music industry and I want to be able to solidify myself as one of the hardest working talents in the music industry.

A. Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, Calvin Harris, Timbaland, Dr. Dre
