(Audio) The Hunger For More (Unmastered) @JustFuckinKill
According to JFK himself “I don’t want to drop this and have people think I want to create a better version of Lil Bibby’s “Water”. Those aren’t my intentions because I am a fan of the track, I just really fucked with that sample!” In the first verse, it seems JFK is merely speaking to a adolescent that is growing up in the rough streets of the inner city of Chicago. Letting them know that he understands if no one else does, also addressing a few incidents that have occurred as of lte as well. Going more in depth on the mind frame of one that is now dealing with the mistakes that he has once made in his life, even stating that he has once contemplated suicide. In the second verse he gets even more witty lyrically with such lines as “It’s a shame I used to run with some niggas I though was winners. I cant tell you why we did what we did cuz I don’t remember”. As JFK reflects, all you can do is light one and try to keep up.
