Our favorite picks this week kept transitional season dressing minimal and chic, with neutral tones and lots of black dominating the color palette. Hats have reigned strong as the accessory of choice over the last few weeks, but this week our favorite accessory is a good bag. Bags come in all shapes and sizes, from hobo to satchels and totes and shoulder bags.
